Brandi O’Shae Fields
Art Director / Set Designer / DJ
I’m Brandi—a multidisciplinary creative who moves through the world with rhythm, vision, and intention. I tell stories that shift perspective and celebrate what’ s often unseen. I’m currently open for hire as a DJ, art director , graphic designer , and social media consultant or manager—roles where I can bring my creative direction, technical skill, and deep cultural intuition to the forefront.
My art direction is where vision meets intention—a collaborative alchemy of storytelling and style where practice of listening deeply , then creating boldly takes place. I take on the heart of a client’ s vision and shape them into tangible worlds, honoring their truth, tone, and essence while layering in my creative lens. With a background in set design for photo shoots, live music performances, and video production, I build scenes that don’t just look good—they feel right, telling stories that resonate from the inside out.
My DJ sets are sonic mosaics—soulful, percussive, and transportive—blending R&B, house, hip-hop, jungle, jersey club, bounce, afrobeats, amapiano, and electronic grooves into a heartbeat of sound. Each mix is a journey through the diaspora, a mirrorball of memory and movement. Above all, I’m here to build bridges—between genres, identities, and communities.
My graphic design portfolio reflects a vibrant and culturally attuned aesthetic, showcasing projects like alternative album covers inspired by artists such as SZA and Doechii, conceptual magazine layouts influenced by T yler , the Creator , and dynamic promotional materials for brands like Nike's Air Jordan. I also design event flyers and social media content that resonate with diverse audiences, blending contemporary trends with timeless design principles.
Outside of my creative work, you’ll catch me behind a film camera capturing the quiet poetry of everyday life—candid moments between friends, the stillness of family gatherings, and fleeting scenes that might otherwise go unnoticed; framing the ordinary as art, preserving intimacy and spontaneity with every click of the shutter . You can also look up in the skies and see me learning to dance with the clouds, chasing freedom one flight lesson at a time as I become a licensed sport pilot. I also train adaptive athletes to push past limitations the world has placed on them while applying the same energy to myself as I train to become a paralympic rower .
“Lastly, fashion is my daily ritual of self-expression, a moving canvas where I drape emotion, mood, and memory—showing up as art in motion, unafraid to be seen.”
